By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase from us.

2 — Products
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors and details may vary depending on your screen and device settings.
All products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue items at any time.
3 — Prices & Payment
Prices include VAT where required and are shown in your chosen currency. Delivery costs are added at checkout.
Payment methods appear during checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved and we send a confirmation email.
4 — Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to you under EU law.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
5 — Right of Withdrawal & Returns
EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, no reason required.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging. Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6 — Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, designs, images, graphics, logos and layout, is owned by Post Poetic and protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

We follow all applicable EU and Swedish consumer protection laws.
We are not liable for:
• indirect or consequential loss
• delays or issues caused by third-party carriers
• misuse of the product after delivery
