Shipping Area

We currently ship to most countries within Europe.

Orders outside of Europe are not accepted on the website at this time.

If you would like to place an order from a country that is not currently available at checkout, please contact us at contact@postpoetic.se and we will do our best to assist you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days within Europe.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days within Europe.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment, allowing you to review all charges before completing your order.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over €300.

Any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Store Credit & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item due to a sizing issue or would prefer a different item, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.

Customers who choose store credit will receive the full value of their return, with no shipping deductions.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website and is the easiest way to exchange for a different size, colour, or style.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees are charged as follows:

Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

€12
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

€15
Guernsey, Jersey, Norway, Switzerland, and all other countries

Return shipping fees will be deducted from refund amounts only. Customers who choose store credit will not be charged a return shipping fee.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive confirmation by email.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
