Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
As per EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This applies to all eligible items in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can submit a request using our contact form. Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back.
Once your return has been accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit & Exchanges
If you wish to return an item due to a sizing issue or would prefer a different item, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
Customers who choose store credit will receive the full value of their return, with no return shipping fee deducted.
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website and is the easiest way to exchange for a different size, colour, or style.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged item, an item with a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue efficiently, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, where applicable.
If the issue is confirmed to be the result of a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, no return shipping fee will apply.
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge until they have been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including special orders and personalised items.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting your request.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
A return shipping fee will be deducted from refund amounts only.

Customers who choose store credit will not be charged a return shipping fee.
Please note that return shipping fees will not be deducted where the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.
